I accept for they to delete files which receive complaints , but delete earnings just amateur filehost make it and nobody will work with that shit.

We cannot pay you for uploading illegal files. That is why you lost your earning when we delete a file, it is like that everywhere.


Upload legit files and you will be paid.
 
Got any type of proof system that shows people which files were DMCA removed? Just having files disappear then you claim it was DMCA with no type of proof to the uploader just says you randomly delete files just to cut earnings and regurgitate storage space instead of investing in new equipment to expand your storage. It is what we all around here call a Basement Host.

Reason why I say this is, get this. All the new hosts are doing it!
 
you can request the DMCA claim but there arent any.

they do not accept actual dmca just a link to the material that they "dont like" and ask to have it taken down, and they just take their word for it and take it down and subtract from your account.

This host could never be very popular, because all you need to do is get a list of files and write an email saying "these files are illegal and please take them down, I am not the owner but take them down" and they do.

if you had a list of every file on tsarfile, all you would need to do is write the same email and send the links and this host would be out of business in 5 minutes with nothing to download they would sell nothing.

I created another account and uploaded some pictures of my cat in a rar. Then wrote an email saying they were illegal. They took the file down and sent an email stating DMCA.

I requested a copy of the so called dmca (even though I had actually sent it) no reply.

LMAO! Well looks like I'm not using this host either. Too many new hosts, too many not legit. There aren't any good hosts anymore.
 
All you need to do is to to read their amateur TOS.

Users must agree to comply with all laws which apply to their location, including copyright and trademark laws.

Really? Since when laws of my country apply to where your servers are located?
Here DMCA is ignored, will you ignore DMCA when you receive it too?
 
I did the same thing to fileprohost, and they saw how their DMCA was flawed, and learned from it.

will tsarfile learn? well they should check IPs and note that bots should not be able to report DMCA. you get 100 takedowns from the same IP and for conflicting owners? Like universal studios would not send out a DMCA for a warner brothers film, etc.

An example: I would bet that a mp3 take down for a snoopy doggy dog song, would not have the same IP address as a takedown for garth brooks song, they are different record companies. But many of these link reporters just get a list of links and write "please take these down" and they are taken down.

I think I have a list of bot IP addresses here someplace and some forums have them listed as well, do some research on your own.

you should ban those ip addreses in your .htaccess or whatever.
