true ip or proxy !!!

hello guys.. just want to know.. how admin can know if somebody work with proxy or real ip.... any tool to test ??
for exp can somebody tell this one if it's real ip or just proxy bypass site ??

ah great!! so all Hostname ips who have something like this ip.******* it's comes from internet provider (true ip) ??

just find some ip.. maybe you can give me your advice!!
