I have a idea.
Wordpress + RSS autoposter + direct upload via wordpress to peeje or simular good host.
Basicly the wordpress fetches all new releases by category & posts it in a right category in the wordpress blogg.
Then people can click on a release and upload it directly via wordpress to peeje or simular site.
Then post the download link directly on wordpress comments.
