There appears to be an error with the database.

As the error says IPB can't connect to the database. Someone either change the DB info or the DB somehow wen't missing. Check if the DB is still there in cPanel, delete it's user, make a new one and assign it to the DB and then update the config file with the new DB user's info.
 
also look in /cache/sqlerrorlogs.txt and see what the error is

could just be missing a table or something or if you added something that required edits your edits are not correct

Fucking hell,it worked for 3 hours but now its down again.
I havent changed stuff so it cant be my fault.
