Doesn't matter if you move registrar if the domain is from verisign/icann (one of these i forgot) i.e .com/org/net/infos etc.. they can then get a DMCA court order to reveal your info as it's a US registered company.
So example you bought "warez.com" with registrar A:Namecheap and moved it to registrar B:internetbs.net the DMCA court order can still apply. in other words you are not safe. and if you fake info they can just trace your ip's/payment type used.

Agree. Many people think that using fake names protects them, theres so many places they can turn for your info. Let's say you use fake info and they couldn't trace you because you used VPN's etc, They will ask your payment processor. Lets say you also used fake info there too, but now you have ADBRITE ads running on your site...next thing you know...you just got caught...

Please stop exaggerating, this is a possible lawsuit that is all. It is not, and will not be the end of illegal downloading. Users will always seek free downloadable material. (I am not condoning warez in any way).
More details are required on this case before any real decisions can be made.

VeriSign is a sponsoring organization for few extensions, just like ICM for the new xxx extension. ICANN (IANA) manages all extensions, and they CAN'T suspend, or order a registrar to suspend a specific domain. Only the registrar where the domain is registered can make that decision.
That being said, registrar can disable service like WhoisGuard for legal matters (if someone wants to serve a subpoena) as domain registrant info is public information, it's not used for anonymity or hiding - it's there to merely protect you from identity theft, not from legal matters.
Also, registrar will never, ever suspend a domain based on its name. So you definitely don't have to worry if you own a "warez-something" or "ddl-something" domain. You only have to worry about it if you registered a name that is trademarked, and that is being used in the same purpose as the original site is using it for.
Correct. Although namecheap is under no obligation to suspend the whoisguard, they are under obligation to provide your details (if they receive a court order).

Guys a serious prick and will do anything to make sure his porn sites are #1. It was a joke when he got my old porn site basically shut down and was saying hahah his are the best, he would steal my content, then DMCA it and re upload it. He never even worked for the actual companies who made the movies and such just the retrailers of the DVD and according to DMCA law that is illegal to do, he tried claiming I sent him anthrax in the mail as well and the cops finger printed the letter in it and found none of my finger prints on it only his and was able to tell it was from his printer the page was made from (His printer made a very very very tiny water mark on print offs) so he got in some shit but nothing serious and that really pissed me off...I used to spend a good 3-4 hours on my site a day and his bots deleted pretty well everything overnight, I even had close to enough megarotic rewards for the 10k bucks I was so close on streaming videos but once DMCA'd they took those away, still got my free life time pro accounts at megaupload and rotic atleast but eh I can't do anything "fun" cause of the medication I'm on now, T'is been three years without a wank and its actually pretty nice, no morning wood. Hell I remember as a teenager getting packagers sent to me and they came early and I would be up all night gaming.
But yeah going to the door I would be trying to cover my morning wood so the delivery lady couldn't see it but I know she did a few times but oh well.

Whatever ill say will not help coz were in deep shit. first and foremost i suggest that u ban all robots they tell off who you are then next close forum with only legal content available to guests i.e jokes, global of topic etc. the downloads area be hidden until a rank is reached and to membership be in "invitation to join only" rather than "register to join" However all this will last as long as the Po-Po's and the feds are fooled you are harmless but at some point you just gotta shutdown. and purge the data.
Again this will require us to collaborate more than we currently are coz its just become a matter of survival not competition anymore...so datadumps should be stored at some hidden filehosts and sent to friendly webmasters to keep the warez alive even if a site is downed. as I said mates were in deep shit but now more than ever we need to be together.
