There is no evidence that someone bought terafile, also no payments and no sales since over week. Yeah. They are scam.
//If someone did buy Terafile, they would do everything possible to give the best support/service considering they need to make a good profit. I can assure you... NO ONE bought TeraFile. There have been several potential buyers but they were scared away by the terrible user base. Every time Terafile made a post on Flippa attempting to sell the site, people interfered and posted to discredit him. If no one had interfered with his sales on Flippa, we would most likely have a new owner right now that would be more dedicated to the well being of the site. Karma's a bitch. :/
That being said, when he can't find a buyer he will most likely come back. Although it might have been better if he just sold the site to someone else, he doesn't seem too motivated to run the site anyways.
Everyone over the past week or so people have already decided to declare Terafile as a "scam". That kind of thinking is probably one of the biggest downfalls of the Filehost Affiliate community. Something important to realize is that a filehost can ONLY succeed if the affiliate community wants it to. Therefore, if you are unable to have a little bit of patience and wait for his return(if he even returns) then it would really just be best if you leave TeraFile. In fact, it might be best if you stop being an Affiliate with any filehost considering that the majority of the file host's currently available will run into some kind of troubles along the way. I admit, the way it is looking, this might be another FileOM incident but it is way too early to tell. We can really only hope for the best. :/
To TeraFile: if you really want to sell the site, I would recommend you wait at least one to two months and build better trust with your user base. That INCLUDES informing us when you have "special" plans for the site like selling it. We do invest our time and effort into uploading and sharing content and that is the least you can do. Furthermore, taking these long breaks(last time you logged on was on the 5th) especially when you want to sell the site is completely unprofessional; you immediately scare away any potential buyers. A good filehost will have the following qualities:
Good support and
The ability to overcome obstacles.
At any rate, hopefully I haven't misjudged the situation. I REALLY think that people need to take into account the people who buy premium from your links. NO, they are not just random additions to your PPS profits. How would you feel if you bought premium to download a bunch of files and the very next day the uploader announces that he will no longer upload to Terafile because it is a "scam" and goes as far as deleting ALL the files he has uploaded.
