my 1 vps just got suspended, i've bought the vps because of torrent and i got dmca for torrent and have resolved it. please fix this asap. thanks

Hey guys why are you not answering tickets and sorting out problems. I have a managed service but nothing is being done. Example raised a ticket #40788623/06/2011 17:04 and now it is 24/06/2011 07:33 and still no answer. One site down/ Time wrong on server/ problem with ip address you supplied.

Lets have some feed back and please sort the problems.

everyone to open one because then is paypal will get freezed

once they get hacked as they new i doubt they will return if they havent done any backups themselfs

thats why when you see most new hosters they dont return after being hacked

Like things couldn't get any worse, we got hacked yesterday by HackForums. Everything was locked down, but for some reason they got in. They removed all data. We've been working on it for the last 48 hours to receive all possible data.
