Your website will receive traffic from two different methods

Redirect:

Pop under:
We have advertising deals with lots of different websites that allow us to deliver your webpage to there surfers

For example

You own a domain about video games - lets call it www.xboxgamer.com and you want traffic from gamers in the USA

You sign up to our service and enter your domain into our system along with the category (games) the location (USA) and the duration (7,14 or 30 days)

As many as you like - 7 - 14 or 30 days - Once your campaign is set up you can actually edit the amount of visits you would like per day via your own cPanel

As long as your webpage follows the adsense TOS there is no reason for them to ban your account :)
