I wants to buy a new cell phone, Please post your opinion about androids, which is the best one to have ?

1. Battery Timing ?
2. Can I use apps like iPhone in Androids ?
3. Camera Result and Video Recording ?
4. Its apps can be found easily (cracked one like iphone or need to purchase only)
5. And last cheapest one and best one to have.

you can't install apps from iphone to android.

So far I like Sony Ericson Arc S right now ,
 
HTC is the best option. I see you're looking for the cheapest one. Go for HTC Evo. It has Gingebread OS and you can run most of android apps on this HTC phone. The higher the budget, the better HTC you can get :)
 
I have Samsung Galaxy SL , I say it got the best battery backup after S2., Best entertainment; i.e Games run fast,movies quality awesome due to LCD screen. Amolded screens are good but the colors are not that vibrant.
Where as all other galaxy series drain high battery. SL is really good and affordable. It comes around 300-350 USD.

Feel free to ask , if you need any other info.

Btw, Sony Ericsson series has got a small screen, than other other. Mostly sony all sony ericsson got 3.7' and they are mostly battery leechers.
Whereas Samsung got 4.0' , If you are looking for entertainment and watching videos , go with larger screen :)

Evo is nice, i just see images of this phone on google :)

HTC One x is the worlds Best Phone till date.
Tegra 3 quad core processor + has amazing camera.
You should check there site for more details.

Best Setup ever,my Battery have now no Problems anymore.

And the Speed of the Phone is now Awesome.

Just watched videos on you tube related to that phone, its costly man but I am falling in love this phone , its awesome 3D <3

The galaxy s2 is the best option in android if you have the cash, even the nexus seems lame in front of it, if you are short on cash go for sony Xperia neo v
