If the browser blocks the "download popup" and you click on:

Download will start shortly...
Click here if download doesn't start.

It always gives error "500 Internal Server Error", and if you try to refresh the page "Wait: 0:13:38 or buy premium!"
Is it possible to fix this? Everyone have popup filter, so it's hard to download with this bug.

You have to confirm domain ownership by uploading a confirmation file to your domain root directory.
