I am planning to upload over 2-5k videos of animes and start big!

But if i face this problem i cant do anything...
Im waiting for a response from website administrator. Maybe you can do something about this

You must fix .mkv format encoding, it just wont work with your encoding. Please waste sometime to research about this ,it is very important! How come noone reported you this bug so far?



EDIT: I see you have added options for .SRT ,to add mannualy .srt subs

But animes are using .ass format for subtitles ,can you add .ass format as well?

We only support .srt files at the moment.

And what i am suppose to do now! untill you decide to add .ass format?

Because i cant afford to pay 100e monthly for dedi + adv campaigns ,thats why i wanted to choose pay for view website!
And many ppl will use .ass format ,all animes have this format!

It shouldnt be hard, please!..

Hello, there are any problem with ftp upload? The uploads fail a lot of times and when i can upload the files wont appear on my video list, can you look at the issue please? Thanks

Oh god, my work will be doubled by trying to encoding .ass to .srt not to mention that ongoing animes dont even have subtitles for download!

Can't you do something for .mkv format? The Soft subtitles are gone on encoding! Why is encoding necessary?
