i've no c-pannel, what if i want implement in my testing machine? I've window 10 machine with Apache 2.4, PHP 7.0.8.... what to do then?

Hello,

If your website is hosted on cPanel server, you need to generate CSR and send it to your SSL provider to generate your certificate,
to generate CSR from cPanel, go to SSL/TLS Manager > Gnerate, view or delete SSL certificate signing request

Then when you get your certificate, go to SSL/TLS Manager > Gnerate, view or delete SSL certificate
and upload your .crt file then install it.
