Been using it few days now. Upload/download is pretty fast (depending on the filehost you are downloading/uploading from/to) NL has always been best for filehosts IMO. Rar/Unrar is like crazy fast, Highly recommended.

Excuse my ignorance but does rapidleech service work similarly to debrid? I.e. one flat monthly price for a number of premiums to use?

No, it can't be, because providers are not allowed to offer premiums according to WJ rules.:-=

Imagine it would be allowed, then these two services are similar but not the same. Rapidleech let you download to the server's provider through a premium host account (either with limits or not) and then you upload it to another host. Depending on the provider you could be allowed to download the server file to your local harddisk.

A debrid service let you download straight to your local hard disk (through a system of direct download).

In short, the purpose of these two services are different.

Rapidleech for downloading and uploading. Look at it as a ' poor man's ' RDP.
Debrid for downloading only.
