Is this some kind of sting operation? Advertise a service that does not comply with DMCA, based in Romania but in reality based here in US which are governed and must comply with notices. Something seems suspicious here.

That is our virtual offices, our VPS nodes however are located in Voxility's Bucharest data center in Romania.
