For registered users nope no file host most paying file host stored files 30 days there are 1 or 2 that store files 60 days I can not remember which

qkup.net has cute PPD rates. they have promo till april.
And files are stored 60 from last download.

FileFactory has 90 days (forever with Premium) and PPD but have paying issue.
TurboBit has 45 days (90 days with Premium) and PPD and always pays
