Hi,
I am looking to buy a complete site along with the database and hosting(if provided). The site should be making some earnings and my budget is about $100-$125. I dont need a porn forum. It can be any site but should have good traffic and decent earnings.

Your budget is too much low in this budget you just find good domain not website because no body sell his or her website like this budget with earning and traffic You must have minimum budget is 300+ to buy any good site

Guys by decent earnings I dont mean 300$ +. I meant it needs to have some traffic and earnings about 40-50$ month
 
Sites with earnings usually go for 6-12 times the monthly revenue. With budget like this you won't find anything better than 10-15$/month. You should check out flippa.com - sometimes you can find nice deals there

i have a site with 1k traffic a day all google traffic no ddl,its phaze 1 star if you submit you can get more traffic , i earn around 40$ average pm from clicksor, site sales, and infolinks ,willing to sell it for 300$ if interested pm me .
