Speed:
sharingmatrix - god awful slow. Might get 50kb/sec
Fileserve - most of the time I get 404. Just refresh a few times and it goes. speed around 80kb/sec

Pay:
who cares

Other:
refuse to use them

Trying sharingmatrix out now since yesterday (together with fileserve). Results don't seem that good so far, but perhaps it takes a while for users to adadpt. Their ratings are pretty high though.

i've reached 64mb per second upload speed on my rapidleech for fileserve.......

So if you wanna upload a 1gb file it'll take less then 20 seconds.

i voted FIleserve :D

We cant take seriously either one of them.
The web upload very often give error on both of the services.
sharingmatrix has extremely limited download speed, only 60KB/s, maybe they think they will force people to buy premiums that way. an while you can upload 1GB files, the maximum you can download as a non premium user is 400MB.
fileserve downloads are unstable, speed varies from 0 to 700KB/s, download breaks up often. but you can download big files as a free user.
Maybe US, Canada users get better speeds and stable service, but for Europe both services suck.
