Unfortunately, currently we can not offer lower payout minimum due to the active use of PayPal
 
its you're choice,
But i think not many will try you now ,
50$ is to high for a new file host , specially now with many host that never have done payout
You sud first make a view lower payouts to get peoples trust here

Please, PM us your own traffic source links with alexa rank < 200K and we would be pleased to upgrade your account to premium for free (upload filesize limit will increase to 5GB).
Unfortunately, most of affiliates, currently, have too poor traffic.
