Shared offshore hosting recommendations

I have 4 adult blog. Three of them are hosted with knownsrv and one (the biggest one) with servedome. I use shared hosting. I didn't have too many problems so far. Yesterday, my website on servedome was suspended because i reached bandwidth limit of 50GB. According to their offer they have 50GB bandwidth limit for their Netherlands shared hosting plans, but I use German and there should be unlimited bandwidth. Anyway, i never have spent more than 20GB of my bandwidth. I haven't noticed any increase in number of visitors or page views on my blog. 400-500UV per day. I think somebody hotlinked my images. I want to prevent this happen again in the future. But, there is the problem. Both Servedome and KnownSRV use Nginx, so there is no way I can use .htaccess to block hotlinking. Can anybody recommend me a good offshore shared hosting where I can block hotlinking?

I do not link to the warez, but i have images on my blog that are copyrighted. That's why I am using offshore hosting.
