The CPU is quite fast. The RAM should be enough. Make sure you get a fast SSD. Depending on your application a decent video card might help.

Ontopic, video encoding doesn't utilize RAM HDD speed or GFX card (at least not good quality encodes). CPU is all that matters.

If that is your home PC overclock your 2600K that will be the only thing to give you a performance boost. The SSD is a waste for it, since IO will not be the bottle neck.

but if u have no idea about on what factors encoding depends i suggest you read up on some guides on doom9 forums
