Thank you for your purchase. Provisioning of new services has always been manual but we have planned instant setups in the near future. I've checked and your VPS has been already activated.

Our servers are in multiple locations (Germany, The Netherlands, Singapore, Thailand and United States). We have no relation with rapidspeeds.

hmmm my sites have been loading slower and slower after the server move
is there anyone else that experience or experienced something like this?

This shouldn't be happening. Please open a support ticket or PM me your server IP if you continue to face such problems.
