Currently USA VPS packages are out of stock.
 
Looks like your Netherlands Shared servers are a bit slow these days.. In last 3-4 days my website is very slow & facing lot of downtimes :(

You've to be very patience trust me you'll get your vps server setup by servedome.com. They try there very best at setting up vps server at a fast pace you'll have to remember there are other people that are ahead of you waiting for there vps server to be setup to. Each time I ordered a vps server from servedome.com I only had to wait 19 hrs or less sometimes depending on how many orders they've pending to be setup.
