Hiring Select Box/Drop Menu Fix (most likey jquery required)

Notice the select menu still showing the original arrow button.
How can I keep this hidden?

I tired opacity 0, but it hid the menu options as well.

if you had a link, that would help alot but i'll work with what I have.. on the part of "select" in your css, put
-webkit-appearance: none;

or


overflow:hidden;
