i'm new in this forum
i have purchased 1 plan hosting and after 1 week my site is down 6 days ago :facepalm:
not accesses to cpanel to get backup ....
today i have receved auto email from him tell me paid the next month :))
i'm so idiot if i pay dues next month .
 
its a bunch of crap . the same answer over and over and over .

Ive lost allot of respect for them . 2 years and now this ?

Ya they did my very long long ticket and my shorter one .

seems the more you gripe the more they delete tickets ?

I made a ticket about it and this is what they said

This is there default for everything . then shortly after if you keep the ticket going they will delete it even tho its not done .

always take screenshots ! . Sketchy host now !

Exactly, 2 yrs there, did same to me , will not answer tickets , deleted some of them, sites down 9 out of 11 days and all i get is that bullshit "We're looking into this" which is a auto respond bot. I say we all get in the car, ride over there, and beat the shit out of them
