Our USA node has been down due to a network problem.

Website is offline long time, no responds from Scorpiohost

I have sent already twice an email to support@scorpiohost.com and the gmail account with the question why I can't access my website.
No reply until now. The first time I wrote was almost a week ago.

I am not impressed by the service. Especially when I compare it to Webreus.

Responding is the least they could do...

We respond to every email - and that too within an hour or 2.
We did not receive your email if you didnt get a reply.

You can check the spam folder though or open a ticket from your client area.
