my site is down too i guess it's general issue.
i am faced with that since 2-3 days and it occurs so frequently since this time

We sincerely apologize for the delay reply.
Due to one of the client hosting child porn website on the server. The security Team on DC as blocked the IP without giving time to terminate the client website. Which we take regular action for all the abuse reports till now.
We have requested the DC to ublock the IP . So that we can resolve the issue immediately. We are expecting the answer within another 6hours.
All clients will be compensated with proper credits to the service.
Once again we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. This is the 1st major downtime caused in last 6months of 100% uptime.
