It just looks incomplete. The navigation bar is soo huge but only two links?

The preferences button looks way too small, maybe a font change, same for the resize image, it's bigger though.

Your logo does look nice but the typeface on it looks like shit no offence, before I opened your site I saw your logo here and I knew I would end up commenting on it.

The advertise here looks really awkward and out of place, maybe you want to add it to your template.

I love your "animation" when you switch between local and remote.

Your favicon - the S in it isn't center aligned so it looks weird.

and raj is helping me run it so might just keep it

It's actually really nice, similar to a little image site I'm in the process of designing ^.~.

The only thing I dislike, yet has already been messaged is the buttons - but I'd guess once it's got actual buttons on there instead of mere place holders it'll be sweet .
