nice site :) Put search button and categories on top below follow us,,
and if possible try to organize posts according to pornstars and premium sites too..

i would say visitors should stay on site
for staying on site they need something attractive to click
when a search engine visitor come , it comes to single post
so on that page he must find something interesting

I would say you should add some thumbnails in header and sidebar linking to your best topics
this will reduce bounce rate and visitor browse more
 
theme, content, presenting of content, advertisement, each and every think good i will be give 9/10
chemicalx could you add sample video, in separate online video steaming because your visitors would b like to know abt video quality before download it...
 
Get 2 Sidebars. One for search, banners, tags. One for blogroll. It'll look much neater.

Also, as said before, Make the previews bigger. That's a must. I can barely see the ass on the ass parade post and thats a huge ass.

8/10, you're almost there +for RS links.
