reading the site name/url 'earnmoneybb.com' i thought its a money making site with tips and tricks to make money but nvm

things you should change in blog...
1. lower the font size of post's title, header navigation links, sidebar etc
2. changing permalinks to something suiting the search engines
3. post description in mainpage (excerpt) doesn't give a general idea of the post. try changing or giving some post description which suits it.
4. a little SEO

I recommend you to use the same logo on Forum and blog as well

on blog:
-only one thing, the slider bar is larger then the content
probably removing user information will reduce the size

Are you using any RSS Feeds poster ? If yes, then fix it as only the excerpt is coming I guess.

Live Chat ? for what ? I think it is irrelevant to have a live chat/support system for such sites.

Your site has got many spelling mistakes.

Visitor Stats ? for what ? remove it.
Remove "Your Information" widget too. Its really unnecessary and your just making the site load slower.
