How about the interface, speed ...
The owner told me that this site revenue monthly incomes nearly 1000$
Do you guy think that is the true?

Yes! Totally agree with you.
I specially hate pop-up ads, but the owner of this site said that pop-up ads was bringing much money for him/her so that it still being is too normally with website.
If I was him I will do it also :))
