Again I can not connect. PWD shows wrong. No answer .
Second downtime only in a week. pl refund my money. I made a mistake switching over from my previous host.
if its your regular affair you will lose all customers.

Update : Support team finally came up! Now my RDP is running but all my active torrents got lost and a new hard disk allotted . Fortunately they could trace my files. Hope there's no more mishap like this.

Me also not able to connect that rdp what happen to u remote-rdp
 
rdp not working what happen to u remote rdp kindly pls tell me i already send u so many tickets and u say i can make another tickets kindly first solve my all tickects ok and reply me as soon as possible bec ur rdp is not working in my pc one day is working fine and the other day its disconnect how its possible to say that ur rdp is working kindly check my all tickets and reply me

I can connect my rdp again but my data all gone ! include any program I ever used all gone too !

too bad.

I disappoint and patient your services. many time down OK I will left soon !

We have already sent an email regarding maintenance, Why are you shouting at here.
