Server is down and when i try to send a ticket i see another person. Database must be correct.

I've asked a refund for the days who i don't yet used. The ticket was open by 4 hours and no one have replied.
The second downtime, in about 2 days. No comment.

99.9% Server Uptime Guaranteed! (uptime? :cough:)

OP, do you mind to post an update on the current issue faced by your clients?

You are given 24 hours time, else you'll end up in Justification Center.
 
Finaly the server is up :psy: , may the admin update some prog a specialy utorrent ,i submit a ticket #610898 and i reply twice so please fix it. thanks

We have sorted out the issues and taken back servers online.

Tickets been replied, about utorrent kindly reply to the ticket with the error screenshot.
