hi all. I already subscribe for this RDP server from April 2012. (So loooong time) In my experience from April 2012 have 3 time change server with 2 time lost my data.cannot recover. change without notice. this is sux. Have around 26 user in server. This is also sux. And now already down for 2 day.without notice. PM no reply, YM no reply, Support ticket no reply. I think admin already dead. I have a lot job to complete. If down around 3-4 hour i can accept.but if more than 24hour i think i want shoot my head!

FOR NEW USER WHO WANT SUBSCRIBE RDP SERVER, I VERY NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. FIND OTHER SERVICE. :thumbdown:

Planned RDP Maintenance.

When's this work happening?
Throughout the course of 26th (Saturday - Tuesday) 29th.

How long will this take?
Around 72 hours.

What does it affect?
Access to server/RDP will not be available.

What does the work involve?
We're changing the RAM slots & fixing some of the bugs.

I can confirm only one of the server was down due to hardware issues and we have already informed to fix the issue.

There will be no data loss and all the down time faced accounts will be credited additional 7days.

Kindly co-operate with us in this matter.

The THIRD loss in such a short time is not exactly conducive to customer!
And how will the always promised compensation days are taken into account?
Till now was written not a single tag!!!
And why became nobody of the users informed about this issue when it began???

There will be no data loss e.t.c, the promised compensation will be added to your accounts, if you can't see the compensation you can open a support ticket by requesting additional days.

We have sent Mass Mail on 26th itself but some of the users not received mails though due to whmcs error.

All the customers for further details kindly open a support ticket instead of posting here.

I apologize for the inconvenience, but the hardware failure on one of the server is unexpected.:facepalm:

We can only provide compensation of additional days to your account, if you don't get kindly open a support ticket.

About support response: We have already being replied every support ticket.

Further quires wont be answered here, so kindly open a ticket if you need any more information.
 
Server is down since 5 days ago, in Christmas it was, at least, 3 days and no compensation was given, website is down now. I'm very dissapointed with Remote-RDP.
