Got mine from WRZhost..Check the Switzerland Servers they have.
I got about 95 MB/s to RapidShare (upload and download).
I havent tested all file hosts, but ive always got at least 45 MB/s from the ones I use most of the times (RS, MegaUpload, FileSonic, FileServe and DuckLoad).
