there's no one cheaper, since tonic.to don't really resell.
And the affilate-program, where you get money for new users, won't work for these "resellers" you find in the net.
Then they will charge you the credit-card-costs extra - and of course they will charge extra, since it's not your name, showing up in the infor at tonic (in the whois you won't be named, only DNS-Infos are presented)
