The downtime of the outage cannot be determined and more info about your VPS will be provided in the meantime while we expect a resolution within this weekend. Sincerely, RedSwitches .

So i payed and you dont know when do you resolve this problem . So funny
I will wait 2-3days more if nothing its resolved i will open a report ( card credit chargeback )

Hi,
We have stopped offering VPS services long back. We offer only dedicated servers. Unfortunately I do not have any information about VPS services since its been a long time they were offered. Anyways since its the same common paypal account we use, I have issued you a full refund. Thats the best I could do. I am sorry for the inconvenience and wished I could have helped you further. But this was the best I could do.
