The delay is from your side, when you told your client that you are sending vps details in few minutes then why did you keep him waited for hours and hours?

Please send him a vps first, once done report this thread and we will clean it.

Server details which you sent him yesterday is not valid and since you deleted his account, when client(milliman) contacted you over PM, you told him that i will check tomorrow when you know that he paid you 8 days ago. This is how you provide service to the customers?
