Not really saini, why everything is different.

Use a different computer (I bought a netbook just for that, and not access my account google for it).
Use an internet connection different from mine.
And the address of my friend's address is different from mine.
And do not use the codes on the site that had problems with artificial links, only on new projects.

That is not possible to trace it, or even create links between min ha account and my friend, the only risk is if I make the same mistakes in the new account.

Well saini you can create the account once again.

Get a new gmail account created with someone else name. Do not use your name again if your address is same.

If you have another address then go with your name.

PS : Follow their guidelines before you apply for adsense.

Create a new google account but before that clear all cookies and never use the banned account again

try to apply for adsense with all different infos like name address etc.
