Same here. And if I'm right we will never see it up before 1-2 days. The support here is damn SLOW.
Second time RDP is down in less then one month, plus I had lots of upload/download speed problems. And so long time to have a customer reply everytime. For the moment I'm not an happy customer.
By the way, Any of you guys have problems with programs handbrake and MeGUI? Handbrake for me does not work, something about .Net Framework 3. And MeGUI always crashes in the encoding step (it shows just 'error'). Probably problems with any codec installed.
For me the service is good except for this and for this downtime xD.
