I just started this company and it's here to stay :). We currently have servers with softlayer (more locations to come), specs are as the following:

CPU: Intel Xeon X3460 4x2.80Ghz (8Threads), 8MB Cache.
HDD: 2 x 500GB on RAID0.
RAM: 8GB.
NET: 1 GigE (1000Mbit) dedicated port with 100TBW.

Simple rules to keep everyone happy:
-Do not abuse the server, and by abuse I mean no 25-30% usage of the CPU all by your self.
-No rapidleech/sborg/scripts on the server.
-No JDownloader.
-No public torrent trackers, this is a usa server and we don't want any DMCA emails.
-Do not let a bunch of torrents seeding, that rapes the HDD.
-Do not open 5-10 winrar processes like this dude here.
-That's pretty much all, just please think about others users and be fair, if you wanna rape the server, get your own dedi :).

is there any custom hdd plan? if yes, how much for 1tb dedicated hdd (hdd not share with other, i wan raring fast)? please pm me the price

We don't offer 1TB, but we do have RAID0 on the server and that makes the raring/unraring process pretty fast. Try us out, and you won't regret it.
 
Download and upload are both very good. Rar is also very good. One of the best RDP's I've used. Thanks "Forgiven" for recommending me to this, and Mr-R-T for setting my details up.
