Checked using firefox, chrome, IE7+8, and safari and every browser loads it just fine.

I don't like the color scheme, the green text color doesn't match the logo's green text. -1
Having the two 00's in the domain name is not a good first impression. -1
The shoutbox is obnoxiously large and un-coordinated looking. -1

Sorry, but this site is no good. (in my personal opinion)

is that so then what can you suggest... atleast it can be improve..
 
-The title needs changing, at least put backd00red in the title
-I like the skin alot, especially the way the subforums are shown
-make custom forum icons
-seems the shoutbox doesn't load?
 
Hay.

- Title can be improved for sure, if you got any slogan, then you should add it.
- Your logo looks like a cheap work, this can be improved to.
- I love the shoutbox and latest posts because it reminds me about WJ =D
- Your skin is overused, it should be changed to something more unique IMHO. Try to get a custom one, it's costly, but totally worth it.
- You can remove the donate button. If people want to donate, they will ask for your paypal instead of kinda forcing them to donate :|
- Your community seem to be more active then other forums around, good job with that! It's important to maintance a good community for your site to become successful.
- About your "Software" section, I think it looks kinda stupid when your sub forum is called "Appz", especially with the "z".
