Dear users, we are aware that the majority of users pursue perfectly legitimate interests with RapidShare, and we are deeply sorry that many of those are affected by the restriction we implemented to push back the amount of abusive traffic. Therefore, we have decided to offer those customers a kind of deregulation that allows free users to download their files with the fastest possible speed again. 1. your account ID
2. if business: the type of business
3. the type of files to be shared
4. whether the account is used for any other types of files
5. the name/url of the website/blog you offer the files on
6. the name, email address and phone number of a direct contact
