All troubles with FTP are in the past now. No limits, no bugs, only FTP upload

My "a lot of wishes":
1. that you solved the ftp isuses becouse the piking up system (one by one file) in web upload is burring?
2. about the banner was an advise for you, nothing more, i have the banner working in my site before that message.
3. that i want to share my folders in place of my links. I dont thing that have nothing wrong, all the hosts i knowed have that:

ah, no search function at file manager then? I got almost 1000 files already and it loads really slow sometimes crashed the browser...
anyway, just to confirm:
the download is only counted one IP per 24 hours? regardless its free user or premium?
wondering why the stats counts were very low, just like crocko/easy-share

Well i think u guys need a support 24/7 in your office..
Host cant work only 5 days in week..
2 times in last 3 days we had problems with stats frozen..we lost some $ on it..im pretty sure u cant balance it..
now stats are frozen again and there is no1 in your office to fix it..
i like rapidgator already, have more $ here like on filejungle, so ill stay here but rly..u need to fix problems fast..

Technicians are monitoring host all the time, and when error occured, they started fixing it right away.
to resume from our side:
We've learned a lot, fixed a lot of bugs, created a big ammount of backup systems, and that's all thanks to you!
Probably, we will increase staff to let you have 24/7 support, that will answer all your questions, even at night and on sunday

It works. Queue is too big and we are waiting for new hardware, it will allow us to increase remote upload's speed. We will also update software to optimize queue.
