Okay, I'm an american

I got my webmoney account set up to get paid and the payment for this week says that its processing to go to my purse.

So when I get the webmoney will I get to use my-exchange.com to put the webmoney into paypal.

is my-exchange legit?
How long is it going to take?

Kind of got a lot riding on this, is there any hope for an american?
 
webmoney is sht because I could not accepted my account even if I have verified bank account , credit card and cell phone , iban. wtf they wanna do to use my account ?
