I have been obeserving them for few days. I reached on a conclusion that they stop the counter for a fixed interval. During this time period they do not count downloads. For me its 5 A.M. To 2 P.M. IST.
How is it possible that i dont get a single download during this period? While i get downloads rest of the day.
I may be wrong but i said what i felt.

So...i try to DL my file..and the counter nothing.
My friends is a premium, he DL 12 file and the counter nothing.
I insert 12 new folder....and i haven't DL.
It's Absurde!!!!
