Minimum payout is 15$ USD. Payments are automated and created on Monday for previous week.
Than transactions are check for fraud and if everything is ok you get paid on Thursday .
You need to enter payout details in your account to become affiliate.

Can you add the statistics of sales (the link that bring the sale) at the ppd mode, it will be perfect, that will help to concentrate at the type of files that bring more sales.
