Problem with paypal? Read paypal tricks [Paypal/Ebay Guides]

hey mate,My country does not support paypal,and my 6 year old paypal got limited last moth,then I made two more,both got limited.

Now I want to register again,But if I use Malaysia as country and then use my actual address to register,if they limit again,they will ask for utility bills,If I provide utility bills also,but the address is correct,Country is wrong,Will that be a problem to lift the limit?

And If I create a new account in my pc then I can avoid these steps right
"-Make sure that you have Clean out cookies & temporary internet files.
-Change computer name & IP when you will login.
-Make sure that you NEVER go directly to ebay or PayPal to register a new account ... Browse the internet a while then search for an ebay or paypalbanner and click on it !"

I only used details of one friend of mine (name,lastname,addresee etc..) but you can use fake details but if you paypal got limited you cant fix problem without providing Screen of your ID, Proof of address and you have to verified your CC... so i suggest to do same like me.

So you used kosovo address but selected albania as the country?

Then please clear this for me

I have been limited for 33 days now and counting.

Certificate of incorporation - companyPlease provide a copy of the ASIC-issued Certificate of Registration of Company or, if applicable, Certificate of Change of Company Name.

You can fax or upload this document.

I uploaded this document over 2 weeks ago. I decided too call Paypal after noticing they accepted my other documents but have not accepted this. I spoke to a lady from Paypal and she said it would be sorted within 48 hours. I then emailed them another 4-5 days after and alas I have gotten no response. I tried calling on Friday and they put me on hold and sat me there for 25 minutes. I am really unhappy with the way paypal has treated me. Worst of all I have alittle over $1000 in my account.

Just a heads up when you try and deal with business limitations. They will screw you around.

I know man, paypal really sucks.
 
Great info, very helpful. I have a question. To verify a paypal account without a creditcard, one would need to verify his/her bank account with two payments being deposited in your back account. But, what if these never arrive?
