ProartHost.com founded in 17-May-2010. Mainly to provide hosting for artists. We decied to offer hosting to everyone else as well.
Our servers are in USA (Onshore) and Germany (Offshore). We also offer reseller hosting plans.

We at Proarthost offer you packages from 500 MB and up to 10.000 MB of webspace. Reseller plans are from 10.000 MB and up to 95.000 MB.

Allowed on German servers from our TOS:
- Linking to files on other servers is allowed but storage of illegal files termed as Warez is strictly prohibited.
- Legal Adult Sites
- Nulled Scripts*

* We at ProartHost do not support you to use Nulled scripts, but you can use them only on our DE plans.

Not allowed on any of servers:
- Warez file hosting
- Any kind of Torrents (torrent trackers, TorrentFlux, uTorrent,...)
- Any kind of RapidLeech scripts (we can provide you special servers for that kind of usage)
- High Resource Eating Scripts
- Any kind of proxy hosting
- Any kind of Child Pornography
- Any kind of IRC scripts or IRC bots
- Adult sites (not allowed on USA server)

i think the cost is think the cost is little too costly, for instance i have a reseller account with http://www.goresellers.com/ at a much lesser price and more features little too costly,
