no vpn is so called "bulletproofed". Proton is bound to swiss laws and mullvad is bound to sweden laws. These companies must provide data if requested by there governing country. What is important is what kind of data they keep track of, mullvad is better for this. Proton is different, is it meant to be alternative to google eco system services.

you are being arrogant and don't provide any evidence to support your claims.
 
There is also a VPNs which was already "busted" by german authorites and no customers data was given, because all data was in the ram and servers were shut down asap.

Before you call me arrogant, you sexist should do your homework so you know what you're talking about.
