I have a 3 year old, PR aged domain Movie/ TV site. It is being monetized with Affiliatebuzz, Marketbay, Blamads and Graboid. Images of revenue attached.
The Alexa ranking is 3,768,500 and averages 3,000 uniques and 5,000 page views a month. It has hundreds of backlinks and registered users.
Also has a huge following on Twitter which I will include in the sale if you're interested.
